Theodoros Dimopoulos is a Senior Scientist at AIT. He has a PhD in condensed matter physics with broad scientific works on magnetic materials, photovoltaics, electronics materials and power-to-hydrogen technologies. He is the thematic coordinator of Energy Conversion and Hydrogen Technology at AIT. His current activity is developing a new catalyst for high-performing electrolyzer, including PEM, AEM, as well as Solid Oxide electrolyzers. In ENDURION, he will contribute to the catalyst development and characterization.
Maximilian Wolf holds an MSc in technical chemistry and is currently in the final year of his PhD thesis, which is concerned with materials digitalisation. He will support ENDURION with his expertise in combinatorial deposition and characterization automation as well as the application of machine learning methodologies for developing low overpotential Ni-alloy catalyst for AEM electrolyzer.
Stefan Edinger, Scientist, holds a Ph.D in Chemistry with a specialization in the vacuum and solution-based materials synthesis. His works span from thin film multifunctional coatings for photovoltaic and photoelectrochemical water splitting. He has been demonstrating a solid know-how on the Ni-alloy catalyst for enhancing oxygen and hydrogen evolution reactions in the AEM electrolyzer. In ENDURION, he will also support the project coordinator, management and AEM electrolyzer testing.
Rachmat Adhi Wibowo, ENDURION project coordinator. He is a Scientist at AIT and is currently a leader in European and Austrian project collaborations. He has a materials science in training with strong experience in the field of thin film material synthesis, combinatorial electrochemical deposition, and structural characterisation. Apart from his essential role in the overall project coordination and management, he is the key scientist who will also carry out combinatorial material for preparing Ni-alloy catalysts.
